We made this with 100% recycled polyester. Here's how it works: old plastic is melted down, then pushed through tiny holes. When the plastic cools, they become threads, which are then used to make fabric. Then we sueded them down to make it an absurdly soft, crazy cozy beanie. Blank. Note: Part of this fabric is Re-Spun, meaning we've recycled it from old tee shirts. It naturally may have some slight discoloration and texture. (We think it adds character.)
